Default PLEASE HELP Problem with tps sensor on 92 eg with LS B18B1

Heres the story
I swaped my engine directly from my totaled 94 ls integra to my 92 civic dx hatch
When we were lower the engine into the engine bay the Throttle Positioning Sensor Broke off and with out that it idled bad and smoked
I temporarly put my civic dx D15 throttle body on the ls motor and i had to fill in one of the air holes with puddy to make it idle right but other than the loud sucking noise it was almost perfect with just a slight hesetation from 2000 to 3000 rpms but no big problems the car drove great

I got my hands on a tps sensor for my integra throttle body and i went through the painstaking prosess of removing the old tps and puting on the new one

Then i put the ls throttle body on and the car idled bad and smoked so i tryed using the MAP off the honda firewall instead of the one on the ls throttle body with either the civic MAP wire or the LS MAP Wire on the motor but not much change
i guess maybe i should have replaced the tps sensor gasket on the throttle body and it probably needs to be calibrated

I had to put the D15 throttle body back on til i could figure out what was wrong with my ls throttle body
but before i put it back in i bored it out with my drimal the same way i did my ls back when i drove my integra and i put the D15 one back on the ls motor the way it was at first and it idles good and even but it smokes, Check Engine Light is on, and im lossing power real bad
I checked the computer and i only got 1 code which was 7 blinks for TPS Sensor

I reset the computer by pulling out the ecu backup fuse which was supposed to erase the code but soon as i started the car it poped back up and was doing the same thing.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT
it shots black smoke and smells rich so i lowered the fuel pressure to 30psi which mad it lean and shake and put it back at 36psi
Theres black smoke on my tail pipe it smells bad and the motor seems like it lossing power and the throttle body keeps getting clogged with black stuff that smells like oil and gas making the butterfly stick

test probe the voltage to from the tps; if i remember right it should be around .45 and 5 volts

i read that in the haynes book and i have a volt meter but how exactly do you do it does the car have to run cause when i disconnect the tps the car cuts off

don't have the car running but obviuosly the key needs to be in the on position

i tested it just like the book says and it should be exactly 5v but for some reason mine is at 8v no wonder its not working write i dont know why its so high the D15 was workin good b4 i put the ls throttle back and now the D15 tps is all messed up im about to put the ls throttle body back on and try to adjust it hopefully that works ill get back with what happen b4 the end of the day

Here is all you have to do. Get the 3 wire plug for the TPS. With the meter, probe the middle wire. Using the meter, calibrate the TPS to .5V at closed throttle, and 5.0v at wide open. Now, it is not extremely important to have the EXACT .5 or 5 v setting, but try and get it as close as you can.

well i got it working good enough i had a nother ls throttle body with part of the tps broke off so i measured from the seem on the back of the tps to the seem on the throttle body and i stuck my new tps on my throttle body as close as possible to the measurements as i could which were factory calibrated and i put it on with some philips head 5.08mm ford screws that fit perfect
the out come is i have way more power , lowest ideal is 1623 according to SAFC and a very light puff of smoke u barly see or smeal at 6300 rpms no stumbling or putting as far as i know but the damn check engine light is on , i reset the ecu and all and i check for ecu codes i dont get any know and the only one i ever got was tps which i dont anymore.
I guess its ok 4 know put it like this BEFORE with the tps code and the smoking i pulled 73mph in 5 blocks which is 4 houses longer than my old high school sense thats where i was and NOW i hit about 84mph and heavy on the brakes which is not bad considering my 94 3000gt vr4 i sold hit 90mph and it was TT and my integra could only hit 78 or 80mph digin in and almost not being abal to stop
DOES IT SOUND OK TO U GUYS IM PUTTING A SWITCH ON THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and I will continue to drive it and push it hard every once and a while i know there is still something wrong with the tps considering i didnt have check engine light with d15 throttle body but WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM COULD THIS CAUSE (TPS PROBLEM)I KNOW I WONT BE GOING TURBO ANY TIME SOON DUE TO THAT BUT OTHER THAN THAT WHAT MIGHT GO WRONG OR BAD
