can I install forged pistons and rods with out taking out my motor, can I take off the head and and oil pan/oil pick up and leave in the crank or would I have to replace the main bearing?
Yes you can install the new rods and pistons that way. It would be a good idea to size up and install new bearings too, last thing you want is to assemble and start the car just to ruin the crank/rods/bearings.

You mean make sure the cylinder walls aren't worn, the motor only has like 50k on it do you guys think I should replace the main bearings if I don't have to then I really don't want to.

Wat does the spec sheet say the piston size and max cylinder size they will go into and btw my pistons are going to be specialy made so I can use h22 rods in a f22

it tells you what your piston to wall clearance should be for the specific pistons you have

I want to know if I have to replace my main bearings because if the only have 50k on them then the should be good for another 150k also it would be alot easyer to not have to change them because the motor will be in the car when I'm doing this
