does anyone here has like a guide or something on how to perfectly build a b18 ls block for boost and reliability...

Also depends on who does the build..cause most of the build is all about clearances...and measurements....feel me.

There are so many different variables involved, with many combinations that would last. I agree that clearances and measurements also play a big role in the "lasting" and ultimately the "perfect" block.

if your planning on running high boost levels like 20+ look into the AEBS cylinder sleeves they have been dyno tested at 70+ psi and did not crack or warp the deck surface. also when talking to them the recommend highly the ross pistions which are made for forced induction cars. when i had them build the bottom end of my turbo type r they did a very good job also they recommend total seal piston rings and depending on the application maybe custom crank bearings. give them a call they are very helpful and can point you in the right direction. good luck man.
