Default P30 ECU,What vtec crossover are you using?

I own a ls/vtec with a b16 head and b18b block running on a P30 ecu. I am trying to configure my vtec crossover on my vafc.

What should I set my Low to High cam rpm's at?
What should I set my High to Low cam rpm's at?

You need to go to a dyno and find out man..That's the only way..VTEC is at 5000 on my chip now thanks to some dyno tuning..

Set it to 3000 rpm and do a run..Then to 7000 and do another run..Set VTEC to the point where the torque curves cross..
