Default overheating problem

my car is overheating... i changed the thermostat and flush'ed it. i have a JDM h22 in a 93 civic hatch, using an integra radiator. this has never happended before, the radiator erounded <--- (check spelling) from where the upper radiator house connects to the radiator i dont know if that would cause over heating but it has never over heat'ed untill that... any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

maybe you have air in the cooling system, try bleeding it.
Your head gasket might be starting to kick the can

the fan turns on, but it still doesnt help. I am losing coolant. When i drive for a long period of time the coolant boils out of the resevior really hot just coming out on the top. Besides that there isnt any leak anywhere. By the way I've bled it and still doesnt work.

head gasket or water pump...on civics this happens a lot and it's usually water pump. look around water pump see if you see any leaks or slight corrosion from a small leak or wutnot

im thinking it might be the head gasket ....by the way the CX is a H22a

well, if the coolant is coming out of the reservoir then its most likely a bad head gasket. The air in the cylinders is leaking through the bad spot in the head gasket and forcing the coolant out the easiest way, which is the reservoir cap.

i just put in some ceramic head gasket sealer and hopefully that works.
