Fan switch possibly... Radiator Cap possibly... Clogged Radiator perhaps...
Does the fan come on..?? Are you leaking coolant..?? Does the bottom hose from ur radiator get hot at all..???

could be something as simple as a air bubble in the coolant system. check and see if you need more coolant.

Are you sure its over heating, or are you just going by your temperature gauge? I had a similar problem with my ek, I thought it was over heating 2 so I replaced my thermostat....But it ended up being the coolant temp sensor that goes to the gauge...

Yeah could be coolant temp sensor but im not to sure on if they'd read regular proper settings, than just malfunction once the car heats up..?? Never had one go bad on my car but a couple friends have an it was just cuz the sensor didnt read anything at all... Try to bleed the coolant system dude, theres a million diff threads on here on how to do it with pics an all "its easy as fizzzuck"..... Start with the FREE solutions first bro, than work ur way into payin for ****, thats how i've always done it and saved TONSS of money along the way... Don't fix it if it aint broke, learn that phrase since ur in the honda game otherwise ull be outta money by the weekend lol...

you said it had a blown head gasket and you replaced it, many times when you blow a head gasket you can warp the head itself and if you didn't have that checked out that could be your problem.

yeah dude, if you had a blown headgasket you most definatly should have gotten it resurfaced before putting it back on.
