Default OPEN LOOP MODE?

Can the OPEN LOOP MODE (o2 sensor unplug) causing the slow injection to fuel injectors? And dose it have anything to do with idle at all?

Your car will run richer in low throttle operation (closed loop). But if you are full throttle (open loop), there should not be a difference in performance.

Exactly.....being in open loop all the time will kill you mpg because the engine does not use the sensors for feedback to adjust fuel....only tps

The car should still operate pretty well....my car is always in open-loop because of my mugen chipped p28....its runs great but gets horrible gas milage. Even around town its runs good....idles at about 800 but i dont use it as a daily driver. Bu the car does not rev any slower due to being so rich

Ok the problem is probably why your running in open loop....you shouldnt be. If your 02 sensor is unplugged or damaged, plug it in or fix it. If your throwing any other codes check those and fix the problem.
