what are some good spark plugs? and wires? i have a Type R.

NGK and NGK respectively.

NGK, go with teh v-power if basic bolt ons, anything like boosted or supercharged i would eaither go with platinum or iridium. if nitrous, plat. is not for you.

Alrighty...

Nology wires suck....
Iridiums are WAY overpriced, unless in extreme HP cases....

The only thing you need is some OEM wires, and some Denso/NGK copper plugs. Nothin else is necessary, nor does anything else improve performance.
