Default Oil Problem

Hi , I am new to the this forum, I have a 96 honda civic Si with an H22a from a 95 prelude it's turbo. She blows blue smoke on start up and after about 30 minutes of driving it fouls out #3 spark plug, I did a compression test and it's great I also did a leak down and it was fine too, the other thing I checkd was the turbo and there is no oil in my intercooler pipeing, my thoughts are that it may be a valve seal, cause when I put new plugs in it the car runs awesome for about 30 minutes to an hour depending on how I drive it, just wondering if anyone has had this problem befor with valve seals any info would be great, thanks
---Garth

I WOULD CHECK THE VALVE LASH FIRST IF THE VALVE LASH IS TO TIGHT THEN IT COULD BURN A VALVE
