Over the past year that I've had my car, whenever it would rain and I would drive through a puddle, my speedometer would stop working for a couple of days. Well, it stopped a month or so ago and never came back on. When I first start driving the car the odometer doesn't work. But then after a few minutes it will start to work, but it will read wrong, like 5 miles will show up as 1 mile. So, maybe the voltage is screwed up, but why wouldn't the speedometer start showing something when the odometer does?

 

anyone have any ideas?
