Default OBD2b 2000 Si to OBD1 conversion

Im new to this so give me a break. I am running t3/t4 on stock b16a2 and I bought a jumper harness to get me to obd1, so i could get it tuned with crome, and I bought a P28. I am running 570 fuel injector clinic injectors and my harness is a rywire. After initial start up I got a stumble at idle, the car shakes like its got a bad *** miss, but we changed the ngk7s and still had the same problem. The injectors are all spraying like normal, I tried the ECU in a freinds car and his idles fine. I was wondering if anyone had pinouts or pics as to what my jumper harness is supposed to look like. This is the only thing left because my car ran fine on the way to get it tuned, and before we started tuning, the injectors, ECU, and jumper harness are the only things that we changed! Any help or even suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have also read that I might have to change my Distributor to OBD1?????
