Default obd2 to obd1

i want to convert my obd2 to obd1...every one says do it but no one as told me the advatages of going to obd1... will it increase hp?i heard it was better for nitrous and turbo true? also what sensors will obd1 eliminate? and i am not sure but is the obd1 ecu like pr3, as in can you read the code the engine is throwing from the ecu? thanx

You can advance or retard distributor timing. You wont have codes for dumb stuff like open gas cap. You can tune your car to better extremes. you can get chips other than expensive **** like comptechs.Turbos like not to go into secondary maps like obd2. Crankangle and 2nd O2 willbe gone. But it will not read the code on the ecu like pre92 civics and other related hondas. PR3 will not work with out major work even if you have a jumper harness. But best of all you dont need a scantool to clear codes after you fix the problem
