Obd0 has different injectors, and distributor. Also there is no knock sensor on the obd0. obd0=pw0 obd1=p30

OBD0 does too have a knock sensor. OBD0 is either PR3 or PW0, and OBD1 is either P30 or PR3 (PR3 comes in obd0 and obd1)

besides the cable transmission and older electronics, it has lower compression (10.2), weaker cam profiles, older exhaust manifold design, and higher miles.

You should really sell that thing or take it back and get an OBD1 B16. You'll spend almost as much $$ on converting this older B16 to OBD1 spec than you would by just buying an OBD1 B16 engine from the get-go.
