Are you throwing the code with the right ECU? Why are you even plugging the PR4 into your car if you have a B16?
With the OBD0 cars, here is the atmospheric pressure sensor. Just try replacing it. And maybe even plugging in the right ECU.

I'm just trying to pass smog and I have a chipped pwo so I was just gonna run the pr4 to pass CA emissions and then put my pwo back in. Where is this picture in the car it kinda looks like its under the dash or something?
