Well this problem retains to my beater car, my 89 CRX. its a 1.5 sohc. all stock. It started when i went on a 400 mile drive with it, and 100 miles into it, id be rolling around 70mph, and all of the sudden, its like the drive train disconnected. Than when i press the gas a little more, it would come back on. Once this starts on any kind of trip, it doenst go away. Than id start the car the next day, and it wouldnt do it? It doesnt it about 3 times a month, and i am stumped. HELP!

 

Fuel system...check for kinked lines,fuel filter and fuel pump.
