Default no crank sensor with obd1???

d15b motor, will this effect my car in any way if i use a obd1 p28 ecu? can i bypass it in anyway? will my car run like **** if i don't have it plug up? thanks in advance. i have a jdm d15b in my 96 civic dx. using the stock engine harness. my question is i don't have a crank sensor on my jdm

you will need to add it to the jdm motor from your us motor, or bypass it at the ecu by tapping the ckf signal into the cmp signal...search for crankshaft fluctuation sensor, there are a couple of write ups on how to do this
