Nitrous Vs. Trubos?

I am in to all motor power but i would like the know what is the best power for the money would it be nitrous or trubo. could any one please help me out

nitrous would be the best bang for the buck, but it is a hassle to keep refilling the tank. turbo requires extensive tuning and is not maintainence free.
