after the first clank, you can move the shifter to where all the gears normally would be but (no grind), but it is like they aren't there, is that what your saying

Re: new clutch need help.... (civicsidude)
sup....i jus installed new exedy clutch in my 92 integra and it runs dope. Even have the exedy flywheel too. U remember doin anythin weird or wrong??? Did u install a new throwout bearing??? Cuz when i ordered my exedy clutch set from summit they didn't provide a throwout bearing. So i jus used my stock..but they prefer new one. Did u torque it in the correct sequence? cuz that could warp it if u didn't. Maybe u didn't put the clutch disk on the rite side so its not grabbin anything...cuz the clutch disk looks identical both sides...but one side the springs are sticking out jus a tad and thats the side that faces the clutch.....hope this helps..peace
