Hey I own a 91civic hb stdd the d15b1 motor took a **** so a buddy of mine replaced it with a 95cx motor same thing basiclyy,The problem i need help with iss everything is swapped correctly and the 1 thing is weird iss that the cx motor wouldent run with my std dizzy im not sure if its supposed 2 im just wondering i mean the guyy had found a dx 1 laying a round and it started rigt upp now the only thing iss, IT has a Idle problem real rough like its missfireingg but it wont stall down it just doesnt seem smooth but iff i mash the accelator it will go away into higher rpm but when the rpms come back 2 idle level it sounds like a wrx again ahah i just would like 2 noe whats upp i think its running rich and thiz problem is not comeing up on a check engine no codess it will drive fine down the street just when its idleing it goes crazy again like it wants 2 stall BUMP BUMP>>>???HELP PLZZ

 

You got the right firing order?

 

I have no idea about d-series but it may be an OBD problem. 91's are OBD-0, right? 95's would be OBD-I and cause a ruckus. This is just a stab in the dark, though.

 

My car decided to sound like a wrx tonight as well....
