Ok so I am replacning my valve cover bcause its all crusty and what not, so I am putting it on relizing I forgot to put the IAVC hose on so I can off the valve cover. As I am taking it off the plug wires are out, and one of the washers from the damn valve cover falls into the little cyclinders where the spark plugs are. Now we can not get the damn washer out.
Any suggestions on how to - tried screwdrivers, etc, now gonna try a magnet.
Will this be bad for my car, I tried to plug the wire into the spark plug but no go...
I AM REALLY WORRIED..!!
thanks

Super powered vaccum cleaner.
What about a coat hanger? Bend the tip and file it down slightly flat. Maybe then you can slide it under the washer and hook it.

That's gods way of punishing you for painting your valve cover!
Try the magnet thing, but get the telescopic magnet thing from trash auto. Just pull it out, and reach down you should be able to get it. If not coat hanger.
But you could try to take the head off.
