i was taking the valve cover off and

The little round seal that gos around the bolts on a b16a valve cover one feel into the spark plug hole and went perfectly around the spark plug and now i can't get a damn 5/8s to that the Spark plug out! and ideas on gettting the plug out? do i have to take th whole head off?

dental tools are surprisingly good at getting sharp points into tight places.......

Get a telescoping magnetic arm/wand/whatever. You should be able to pick one up at your local auto store.
