Need more power
Disconnect your PS pump belt, advance your timing, give the car a thourough tune up and make sure all parts are up to spec. You'd be supprised what a little tweaking here and there can do for how your car feels.
if you have the ability to do so, lighten your flywheel. have a garage turn it like a rotor to shave off as much as you can - just remember not to shave off too much, or you will be replacing your clutch and flywheel before too long. the cam is a good idea, but you need to be careful of that - you can run into idle problems with the different cams. we had to adjust our idle to be over 2000 rpms for the crx that we put the racing cam in for autoxing. other than that, just the tune-up and timing advance will help. just remember, the timing advance will make you lose some low end power too. but the top end power will be worth it!
*shudder*
I hate that word "NOZ"
but hey Nitrous is a cheap way to get a boost in HP. If you just want it for street applications - stoplight racing. Go get yourself a NOS kit. Wet is better but prob more complicated to install and more $$. Dry is fine if you going with a small shot. Venom sells good computerized kits.

Buy a NOS dry manifold kit
Best bang for the buck
Just make sure you buy the right kit. NOS makes wet kits but they are only to be used with a turbo or supercharger. The kit you will want to purchase is going to be a dry manifold kit like the one pictured above.
