Default Need an honest answer quick!

Alright, I just found out yesterday that the motor in my GSR is FUBAR, so I'm not going to waste the money and downtime on rebuilding it. I really don't have that much money right now so I'm just going with a first gen B16 since they are cheap and have potential for down the road when funds are available. My question is... since most of the first gen B16's are obd0, what do I need to make this work properly in my obd1 GSR? If I swap the injectors, clips and harnesses, and the distributor, alternator, etc, will I be all set? I'll also be running an obd1 chipped p28 ecu so no need for the GSR ecu. I talked to Steve at hmotorsonline, he said I'll be fine if I just run the components off my GSR motor on the B16, but I want to make absolutely sure that it's the truth. Thanks a lot guys, I need to know real soon.

Yes indeed it will, just swap the few things you mentioned and you'll be up and running!

Yeah I believe it's fine, I'm willing to make a great deal on the longblock. Mechanic thinks it's a sticky wrist pin. I just don't want to deal with the hassle. Make an offer.
