Default NEED HELP! Transmission Problems

I currently have a hydro b16 transmission with a gsr fifth and a type r lsd. The problem is that my transmission grinds second, but it won't grind if i shift to second gear slowly around 2800-2400 rpm and that's letting the rpm drop after pushing in the clutch in first gear around 3500rpm. Also if i'm just at idle and i push my clutch in and put it into second gear it makes a big grind....so...... i thought transmission shouldn't be moving if the clutch is pushed in right????? It's only second gear! every other gear is fine....We pull the transmission off last week and took a look at it and everything looks fine( synchros, shift fork, slider, etc.) Therefore, i had a hydro LS transmission laying around so...(I said wat the heck! just swap some of the LS tranmission stuff over maybe it will fix the problem!) we took the 1st/2nd gear shift fork, the sliders, the synchros, the selector and we also even used the LS tranmission casing. And now it still grinds on second gear! Before i put this b16 tranmission in. i ran the LS tranmission in my car with the 6puck ACt clutch and everything was fine. Now i run the b16 tranmission with the Ls components and it still has the second gear issue.I still have the same ACt clutch, but i add the 12.5 act flywheel on it . So i'm really in need of help right now..... i can't figure out the problem...... this is the 3rd time we pulled the tranmission out and it's still the same problem....Hope i could get some info in solving this problem

Did you check the shift mechanism assembly? You may have a bent piece or something misaligned. Also check for any burs on any moving parts that would hold them from moving freely.
