Hi everyone, sorry but I hate to ask questions without spending some time searching first (I searched but didn't come up with particular answers I was looking for), but I need my car back on the road ASAP so I can get to work tomorrow.

I'm swapping motors in my prelude but the knock sensors on both of my motors are broken.

My question is; would it be ok to run the motor with the sensor disconnected, at least until I can afford to get another one (next month) and, will it harm the engine or the way it operates in any way, other than just throwing a code?

Yes its fine Honda knock sensors are as good as garbage.
