Do you know what the knock sensor does? From your previous threads, I can only assume you don't understand this simple concept called critical thinking. You need to find a competent shop and pay them to deal with your car. Knock sensors don't magically break on their own, and your posting history tells us that you can't answer basic tech questions for us to help you diagnose your problems. Or are you planning on turning over a new leaf, and actually putting a little bit of effort and brain power this time around?

Here's the basic train of thought for someone who turns wrenches, and what you should have thought before creating this thread. The knock sensor detects detonation, and keeps the motor from blowing itself up. The knock sensor is broken. The ECU is seeing that the knock sensor is broken, and is trying to compensate, so your engine isn't running right. 1+1=2, and you need to replace your knock sensor.

Yes it's the issue.

the knock sensor is nothing more than a piezoelectric generator. when the engine knocks the sensor vibrates and creates a voltage that the ecu interprets as knock and pulls timing.

if the sensor is damaged and as a result is randomly generating an electric current due to said damage then the ecu will think there's a lot of knock when there isn't and it starts to pull tons of timing.

I don't remember how much timing the ecu can pull during a knock event but if it's enough to shutdown an engine then you need to replace it.

as a stop gap until you get a new knock sensor you can simply unplug it. you won't have the engine issues but at the same time you'll have no way for the ecu to monitor engine operation. so it would be in your interest to replace it ASAP.

another option is to go into the s300 software and simply disable the knock sensor monitor portion of the ecu software. This will force the ecu to ignore the knock sensor, not throw a code, and it *should* run properly

again you won't have any way to monitor knock so you need to replace the sensor ASAP.

in general the Honda knock sensor is so so. the Bosch sensors used on Nissan, Ford, and Chevrolet motors (just to name a few) are far more accurate. they do mount differently, they use a bolt through the center of the sensor as opposed to the threaded body of the OEM. this mounting design is what helps them work better.

you could use a Bosch sensor and simply bolt it to any empty hole on the rear of the block.

if you unplug or disable the knock sensor in the ecu and it still runs like **** then you have another problem entirely.
