Need help with CEL 7

Need help with CEL 7
Well to get to the point.. I have
98 honda civic hb.. with a 95 LS obd-1 engine
I'm getting CEL 7 for the TPS sensor.. and I checked the voltage on the TPS sensor and it's 5V.. now how can I check to see how much voltage tehre is at the wire harness connector and ECU.. I do not have a service harness to plug it into to check for .5v @Closed open throttle nor for 4.5 at WOT.. any help will be grateful
