i was drivin today in the highway and all of sudden my car died out i down shifted to jump started and still didnt turn own so i let it roll to that rest lane and i found that my fl e/m fuse blew i put another 1 and jz as i turn the igniton on it blew again i blew like 10 of them ppl said that its a wire touching but i looked all around the engine bay and couldnt spot 1 that was and i remember that yesterday a mechanic connected my gauges digital rpm and air / fuel and today this happened so now im [freak]ed any suggestion?????

 

There is a wire touching metal somewhere. trace every inch of the new wiring.

 

It may not be the mechanics fault if you had an exsposed wire somewhere he could of shifted it around so that it is now touching metal. looking around where all the new wires are is a good point to start at.

 

ok thx im going to fully search around the car but what is the fl e/m fuse for under the hood thats the 1 that blows up
