Hey the 60amp fuse keeps blowing. The fuse is located under the hood. The car has been sitting for 2yrs. Any suggestions ???

Sounds like a short or some very heavy corrosion. Rats and mice love to chew off wire insulation. I'd start by looking at the bigger loads on that circuit - the large WHT wire going to the alternator and the large WHT/BLK wire going to the ignition switch. If you're blowing the 60A fuse and not seeing/smelling burning wires, it's probably a heavy gauge wire that's shorted.
