Default My LS/VTEC is losing torque. HELP!!!!!

I did my engine swap about 4 months ago. Everything was doing fine. However, my car is losing torque. I suspect that the culprit is a vaccuum leak in my intake manifold but I am not really sure. Based on your experienced what could cause this problem and how would I fix it?

Check vaccum lines like you said, but one thing I am curious about is your break in on the motor. If you didnt break it in properly the motor will become less strong.

I don't really push my motor to the max. In fact I pretty much baby the motor for the first couple of thousand miles. I don't have a lot of knowledge on fixing engine. I had someone else to do my engine swap. What steps are required to check the vaccuum lines. Do I need to take a part my engine or just the intake manifold? I can take my car to the shop but I know they're going to charge me up the *** hourly to find the problem so I thought If I can pinpoint the actual source of the problem it can save me some money or I can replace any defective parts on my own.
