Default mini me swap questions

i just put a vtec head onto my 93 dx block and im having sum troubles. whenever i drive it it starts to overheat. i already checked all my hoses and put new coolant but it still over heats. has anyone else had this problem or know what might be causing it?

Check your Thermostat or maybe water pump?!

check to see if the head that you put on isn't warped, the exhaust gases coming back through the head gasket into the coolant will make it overheat.
