what parts Exactly are needed to make a JdmB16A into a 1.9 liter is it what just ls crank n rods or sumthing to that aspect any maching needed?? or better off to just go to junk yard buy a Ls moter for 200 tear it down sleeve n build it?? mine b16 now is fully built and Darton sleeved which way would be cheaper
??

I think I saw Dsport magazine's b16 turbo project @ 17--cc with an 84.5 mm bore.
If you just go with an LS crank and rods, it will basically be a short deck ls block. So
your definitely gonna need some sleeving to get the bore size bigger. I don't really follow up too much with magazine projects but from what I remember that b16 got really close to a 9 sec. time slip with the factory crank. My sec. gen. b16 w/ 10.4to1 on 10lbs. made 302 whp and 178ft.lbs.. My DA ran consistent 11.2's with A/C pulley still on there.

to make a B16 a 1.9, you need, sleeved and bored out, and a deck plate to raise the deck height

if you go to 85 mm bore it would turn into a 1.8 a modification in crank stroke or deck plate would be needed to go bigger.
