Your getting the threads repaired. Bad Idea.
Just go buy some ARP Bolts or even better get some ARP head studs.
You live in PA so I would say your best local machine shop is going to be Powerhouse. It is about 30 mins EAST of Pittsburgh on Route 22.

uhh, he's probably talking about the threads in the block itself. not the threads on the bolts. it depends what block he has whether or not it would be worth it to fix.
