Default Low Idle With the A/C On

Can this be caused by my lightened flywheel?

The idle compensation circuit should look for and try to obtain the pre-determined idle speed for A/C. I don't think the flywheel should matter.

When your AC kicks on your engine has to power the increased load, thus your idle control unit should let more air bypass your throttle plate which will make your car idle about 200 RPM’s higher. Sounds like your car is not compensating for the extra power needed to run your AC at idle. Could be a problem with your Idle control unit, there should be a step by step procedure for testing your idle control unit in your HELMS manual. Look it up and follow it.
