when the car is in gear the stick still moves all the way from left to right, very floppy, very loose.

i have changed all the parts in the linkage.

the play is in the gearbox.

will it be the selector return spring that is fooked??

i hope someone will know as i dont want to spend big buck getting the box of to change the spring and then that not solving the problem.

did you just put a bolt in the shift linkage or use the oem Honda pin? I used a bolt and it was the same way. Replaced it with the Honda pin and BAM! Brand new feel
