A lot of b series motors leak from that corner of the block\head surface, it is in the design of the block and head, main pressure port for oil. An easy fix is take a punch and a hammer and put a bunch of little dots right there in that corner then use coper coat on the gasket and a little thin coat of hi temp gray silicon. know sounds kinda wack but I have been doing that for 7 years and neveer had one leak since. old engine building trick I learned.

Why don't you try this on Larry's Endyn civic (yes TOO) he uses a thin coat of honda bond on the headgasket and no cooper spray here's the link
