LCA shock bolt solution...
My friend and I were putting coilovers on a Civic a few weekends ago. We ran into the infamous stubborn/frozen LCA bolts.
We ended up welding a huge nut on the small LCA nut. Here's some pics:
I know I didn't break new ground here, but this is an old technique to remove stripped bolts that became very usefull. I'm not guaranteeing this will work, but it did for us.

The heat from the welding will transfer to the whole bolt thus expanding the bolt slightly-crushing the crap that tends to seize it up. When it cools, the bolt should be ready to be wrenched off.
