JDM 4-1 header hole question

I just installed my header and I'm wondering what the second hole is for. The first is for the O2 sensor. Anybody know what it is for? All I can say is "woah! that is loud" when I ran my car up to get gas. It sounds like I don't have any exhaust at all.

are you talking about the one by the collecter..kinda off to the side??

Yeah, I think that they are the same size. Any other suggestions on how to plug it up? I don't want to just have an extra o2 sensor pluged in there.
