Default ITR rear brake conversion/setup?

hypothetically speaking, if one were to get the fastbrakes specR kit for the front.

is there anyway to upgrade the rears to itr spec?

upon searching, everyone says the brackets ont he rear trailing arms are different so even if you got the caliper and redrilled rotors, it wont bolt up.'

others say, use the rotors and bracket from a new civic si hatch and use your stock calipers and trim the pads down for a 10.25" rear disk setup.

anyone have any information about how to upgrade the rears (preferabbly using OE parts)

for better braking balalnce with 11" fronts?
