injector clips obd1 to obd2 question please help
ok so my fuel system was taken from my car yesterday(rail, injectors, fpr)and the dumbass theives cut the injector plugs off the harness during the process...the harness was using obd1 injectors.
My question is, can i solder in some obd2 injector plugs and use a set of obd2 injectors(i have both lying around as spares)? I am using a resistor box if that matters any. Any help is appreciated as i'm trying to get the car back running without spending money if i can just use some spare parts i have. Thanks for any help.

if you are running a resistor box you either have prelude/accord injectors or you may be running obd0 si civic, integra injectors. be careful what you put back in in any regards
the resistor box was on the shell/harness when i swapped my engine in. and i used normal obd1 b16 injectors(240) and the car ran fine for a while like that...i didn't know you couldn't use those injectors with a resistor box?
but as for putting the obd2 clips on my harness and using obd2 injectors, that is fine correct?
i appreciate the responce

bump just did some research on resistor boxes..
heres the scoop on that with my car. the old owner use to be running a turbo set up with "peak and hold" injectors with a resistor box, i bought the shell and used the harness from his old engine AND i used the resistor box with my "saturated" injectors.
the car ran fine for about 6 months. but recently it starting cutting out VERY bad and i knew it was fuel related(fuel pressure dropped to 0 when it cut out), with a brand new fuel pump and filter. i thought something would be up with the injectors but didn't even get a chance to check them since the entire fuel system was stolen yesterday.
Could i mess anything up besides the old injectors by running it the way it was? my ecu is fine i checked it in a friends car. But could this have caused damage to anything else?

Use the obd2 clips and injectors, remove the resistor box. You should be good to go.

Cut all the wires going into the box and solder them all together. Instead of going through the box, you now have 12v supplied to each injector wire.

If you don't feel like soldering you can run the wires into a plug...

well my car is an obd1 eg so i already had the "dead" clip, i just removed the resistor box and reconnected the 4 yellow/blk wires...do i have to reconnect each yellow/blk wire to a certain one? i'm assuming it doesn't matter as they are all grounds anyways but im not sure.
