Hi guys, I just came back from track on last sunday, saw something new in friends Lotus Elise which interest me, but then when i look for him he left the track so my head is now full of question.

Under the hood its the 1.8L Toyota engine, with shitload of modifications. Including ITB. but what I interested most, is its ignition system. the spark plug wire aint plug into the dizzy, instead something underneath, looks like a box or something. is it a MDI box or something? I dont know what is it, The only thing i know is the car runs Haltech E6X. Plus i remember friends older Volvo 850 T5R have that kind of setup too. Is there any advantages for a system like this as the stock dizzy been abandon.
