Default idle/decelerating problem

When i come to a stop my idle will fluctuate between 800-1400 for about one minute then it will idle at 850 like its suppost to. I also just put a wideband in my car and everytime i let off the gas it spikes lean for a second then it goes back to being fine wtf could cause this? The car is a eg hatch with ls motor and has skunk2 manifold. also no cel's or mil's

Do you still have the stock O2 sensor in its original location and hooked up to the ECU?

Did you install the Skunk2 manifold and then this started to happen?

most likely the iacv... unscrew the cap on the top of it and screw down the plastic valve in there.. that should do it

A momentary enrichening followed by a lean spike is normal when letting off the throttle.

well it seems like my idle screw backed it self out some so i screwed that back in and its fine. As far as in vtec's response i just realized the wideband is gonna read lean when u let off the gas as the injectors close now i feel stupid
