idle control

when in park the idle is at about 1600 and goes up to about 2300.. then back down and back up..etc.. revs in park and in neutral. is this the idle control or what? where can i get one? how much are they?

The idle can be adjusted by the intake manifold with a flat head screwdriver. The idle adjustment is located behind the intake manifold close to the throttle body. You should adjust it down to factory specs.
