ok, on sunday i installed an AEM cold air intake (full), and tightened the throttle cable because it seemed to have loosened a bit. now my idle is acting funny. I'm driving, and i'd slow down to come to a stop, and when i put in my clutch/go to neutral the revs would go up to ~1800, sometimes even 2000, or 1500. this isn't all the time, though. if i tap the accelerator it will go back down to normal (~700) and sometimes when i come to a stop it stays normal anyway. i am starting to think it's that the cable is too tight because once when it was at 1500, i reached down and pulled the gas pedal back a little and the revs went down to ~400, but if it's anything else could you guys help me diagnose it? thanks!

BTW, along with intake i have a 70MM throttle body and exhuast, but they haven't given me problems before.

 

I think you answered the question for yourself, try loosening up the cable a little.
