Default Identify thread please

One of these bolts will only thread on halfway so I expect the threads are damaged. I tried with a pretty big impact gun but don't want to snap it and it's not going. It's the one on its own closest to the centre of the car. Number 19.

It looks like a m12 fine or something but I'm sure someone must have had to do this before so just want to confirm before I buy a tap to rethread it.

Just another polite request before I order something. I would check myself but I'm on the otherside of the world from my car at work atm.
