Remote start not working!
Hello everyone
My remote start in my 2012 Honda Accord stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I press the button on the remote transmitter, and the car will crank over, but won't start. I believe it's because the bypass module for the remote start, is not bypassing the ignition immobilizer. Meaning, when I put the key up to the ignition and press the button on the remote transmitter, the car will start, because now it's able to read the chip inside the key, therefore that's why I believe the bypass module is not working. I have no paperwork to go on this remote start, system as I bought this car second hand. The only information I have, is on the remote transmitter itself, and it says Automate 7111A I would greatly appreciate any help you could give on this issue. Thanks
