we have a place here in MD that can make whatever you need for a decent price.
You can try mcmastercarr. If they don't have it, they can get it. I once had these 12mm bolts with a VERY fine thread not to mention that they were also reverse thread and NOBODY could figure out where to get them(damn VW). I called mcmaster and they had them at my door in about a week with no "special item" charge.

Not sure exactly what pitch the metric equilavent to 0.75 is but they might have what you were looking for

might be helpful: found this on a list of materials for a jackson racing supercharger kit for a focus:
051-503 BOLT M8 X 0.75 X 10 WI PLUG
looks like 051-503 is the part number. try giving them a call, im sure they have extras.

No, I just cut the nozzle off and weld it shut. That seems to take care of it. Probably cheaper to get it welded than find the bolts.
