Default Iat problems/temp gauge/

Ok first of all thanks to all you guys for your help the last couple weeks!! I have almost sorted out all of my problems now with this wiring nightmare. Small recap..(bought 92 hatch gsr swapped, wiring all messed up. Was a track car at some point and the whole car harness was gutted and made specifically for track basics. Harness to ecu was wired completely wrong.)

So... Here is where I'm at. I have repinned the ecu plugs and hardwired most sensors straight to the ecu. Car runs a lot better now, vtec cracks hard and pulls to 8500 most of the time now. I am having 2 issues though...one is a iat code that pops up. I have iat hardwired correctly to the ecu, and I have switched iat out for a new one. After the car warms up though it will throw code 10 for iat??i do not know what else to try?

Problem 2 is I had hardwired the coolant temp sensor also to the ecu and the code 6 went away but my temp gauge stopped working? Which coolant sensor goes to the guage the single wire or dual wire? Where does the dual wire sensor get wired to? I have looked on the pinout but I can only find where the single wire goes??? Any ideas are welcome here!! Thanks
Btw my car is obd1 and it's a chipped and tuned by ericks racing. Randomly the car won't pull to redline but it seems to hit a rev limiter way lower than what it should be. I am guessing this is from the iat code.

Iat one wire goes to d15 if the ecu plug and the green/black wire goes to d21

The single wire (yellow/green) is for the temp gauge in the cluster. The two wire one is the ect. One wire of the ect goes to d13 and the other wire to d21. The ect is for the ecu to know what temp the motor is at.

Ok I will double check to make sure that's how I have it... Does it matter on the ECt which one goes to the ecu ground?(d21) and which goes to d13 ?

Looking at the ect plug from the back side with the release tab facing up the top wire goes to d13 bottom to d21.

Ok I just wired it up there again and it appears to have worked. I had my iat grounded on the d22 plug instead of d21, not sure if that's a big deal but it's right now. My temp guage is now working again and my car has no check lights after a quick spin around the block...I will test this out tomorrow further but for now thanks again sir!!!

D22 is for the map sensor,it needs it's own sensor ground from ecu. Glad to hear it's working. Let me know if you have any more issues

just so you know, one of the causes of an iat code is if the ecu sees coolant temp as being noticeably lower than iat temp. same goes for one of the causes for ect code: coolant temp noticeably lower than iat temp. reason for this is that its nearly impossible for this to occur. so when it does, the ecu knows there's a problem with one of those sensors.
