I resently was givin a 1990 honda civic si with a 93' integra ls b18 in that bitch yes it was free and clear but here the catch it needs a ignition control module now i know about cars but were the hell is this thing at on my car can someone help me please?????

 

The ECU is the main control module, which does not fail often, unless somebody applied power to a circuit that should not have power.

These items are contained within the distributor:
-Igniter Unit
-Ignition Coil
-TDC sensor
-Crank sensor
-Cylinder sensor
The Igniter is known to be a weak link.
