Default How are these compression results?

from a 98 Civic Ex with 165k miles on it

180-155-180-155

ARe these reliable numbers or will some work need to be done soon?

No, cylinder 2 and 4 have low compression. The numbers should be pretty close, within 10% is a good limit. Your engine may run rough because cylinders 2 and 4 won't be contributing as much power. Did you do a wet test?
